Yash Kalwani

Software engineer building money-movement systems and agentic AI.

I'm a senior at Tufts studying Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering (May 2027). I've shipped agentic AI pipelines, observability dashboards, and full-stack products, and I'm now building fintech infrastructure from the ledger up.

Experience

  1. Jan – Aug 2026

Supply Chain Engineering Intern · InterSystems

Built an agentic pipeline that turns a client's natural-language request into a tailored product demo: function calling and structured outputs to plan tasks, auto-generated Angular UIs, and client-specific data seeded into IRIS. Cut demo turnaround from days to hours; adopted by Sales Engineering.

  2. May – Aug 2025

    Data Platforms Intern · InterSystems

Replaced a 300+ page weekly performance report with three real-time Grafana dashboards and threshold-breach alerts for IRIS databases. Authored GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

  3. Jan – Jun 2025

Research Assistant · Tufts Human Interaction Lab

Designed a plugin architecture and version control for GailBot, an AI transcription platform used by 200+ researchers. Implemented OAuth and role-based permissions.

  4. Jun – Sep 2024

Software Engineer Intern · Seven Bridges Advisors

Led a responsive redesign of the client portal for a multi-family investment office. Cut load time 60% and added full mobile support.
